Mindful movement is the practice of bringing full awareness to physical movement, combining gentle exercise with focused attention on the body, breath, & present moment. Unlike traditional fitness routines that emphasize intensity or outcomes, mindful movement is about how you move—slowly, intentionally, & without judgment. This can take many forms & we are continuously looking for practitioners to join our efforts by teaching classes in our space. Our current offering includes weekly yoga & Tai Chi classes.

Registration is encouraged so our instructors know how many to expect & to guarantee there will be space for you. However, you may always show up for class unannounced & pay at the door, if needed.
